Sasha Laura Mall

Sasha Laura Mall is an Italian–South African Classical Pilates teacher and founder of Classic Pilates Boutique Studio in Sint Maarten.

​​

Her Pilates journey began shortly after the birth of her second child, when she discovered the transformative intelligence of the Classical Pilates method. Drawn deeply to the work and its profound benefits, she dedicated herself to the study of the original Contrology method and its transformative approach to the body.

Sasha completed over 600 hours of rigorous traditional apprenticeship training and earned her Classical Pilates certification through Peter Fiasca’s Classical Pilates School of New York.

As a third-generation qualified teacher, her training is rooted in the lineage of Romana Kryzanowsky and the original work of Joseph Pilates. Her teaching is grounded in preserving the integrity of the method while guiding each client with precision, care, and a deeply individualised approach.

​Alongside her Classical Pilates training, Sasha has a background in Dynamic yoga and somatic practice. These continue to inform her teaching through YogaBirth and her approach to guiding clients through breath, intention, and support. With a lifelong connection to dance, she brings a refined eye for form and a deep understanding of the body to her work, shaping both how she sees movement and how she teaches it.

Her experience as a mother has further shaped her passion for supporting women through the pre- and postnatal journey.

Through her work with women, alongside tailored private Classical Pilates sessions, she offers thoughtful movement practices designed to support the changing needs of the body through every season of life.
