Participants are matched according to level capability within the Classic Pilates system or according to their shared goals. Use of apparatus includes: Reformer Classic mat Tower Spine corrector Small barrel Wunda chair Electric chair Swedish bars *Use of apparatus is subject to the instructor's discretion. Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction a. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) govern the use of Classical Pilates with the Classic Pilates Boutique Studio (hereinafter referred to as “Studio”). b. By booking and attending sessions at the Studio, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 2. Studio Sessions a. Clients must book sessions in advance through the website or by contacting (721) 526-3631. b. Sessions are subject to availability and may be scheduled based on mutual agreement. c. Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund. d. Cancellations or rescheduling of sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. 3. Payments and Fees a. Payment for sessions are to be made in person using cash. b. The Studio reserves the right to adjust session rates, and any changes will be communicated to clients in advance. c. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this Agreement. 4. Health and Safety a. Clients should inform the Studio of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before participating in sessions. b. Clients participate in sessions at their own risk, and the Studio is not responsible for any injuries sustained during sessions. c. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have suitable space and equipment for remote or home-based sessions. 5. Code of Conduct a. Clients are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during sessions. b. Disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated, and the Studio reserves the right to terminate sessions with clients displaying such behavior. 6. Intellectual Property a. All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by the Studio during sessions are the exclusive property of the Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. 7. Liability a. The Studio is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the use of its services or facilities. b. Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage if desired. 8. Termination a. The Studio reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and deny access to sessions to any client for violations of these terms and conditions. 9. Jewelry or clothing that can damage the upholstery is not accepted. Participants are required to wear socks when using apparatuses.
